BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
A deposit payment is required at the time of booking with the balance due thirty (30) days prior to departure. Please note that all bookings must be made minimum 5 days prior to check-in/departure and are subject to availability. Bookings should not be regarded as confirmed until full payment is received. All bookings unpaid within 48 hours after confirmation will be cancelled without further notice.

Please note: In respect of your tour, Resorts World Tours Sdn Bhd is only the agent carriage and others providing the carriage and accommodation; your carriage and accommodation is undertaken by them on their usual conditions of contract. It is a condition of acceptance of your deposit in respect of this tour that all monies paid by you to Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd., whether by way of a deposit or otherwise may be disbursed by Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. as and when it sees fit for or in respect of the services to be provided or fees payable under the tour programmes, and the payment of deposit for the tour shall be deemed to be a direction by you to Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. to disburse such monies as aforesaid.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each person shall be responsible for having a valid passport at all times. This should be valid for at least (6) months from the date of departure from the last destination of your itinerary. You must have the necessary visas, vaccination, health certificates and all necessary travel documents as required by the various Government authorities of the countries to be visited, (e.g. exit permit, work permit, social visitors pass, etc.)

CANCELLATION
In the event you cancel your booking and notice in writing is received by Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. more than 30 days before departure, RM100 charge per person will be imposed. Where notification of the cancellation is received by us in writing the following will be charged: (Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any visa rejection in whatsoever reason given by the Embassies. Tour cancellation charge still applies under our cancellation clause.)

For each amendment made to flights, whether an extension or deviation or hotel extension bookings or similar amendments after the booking has been processed, an arrangement fee of RM25 per person will be levied. Any additional charges incurred as a result of the amendment made will be borne by the passenger. Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. may cancel a booking within a reasonable notice period before the tour departure date. In that event, the company will refund all monies paid by the passenger except visa fees.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Our tour package does not include travel insurance. Ask your travel agent or credit card issuer about travel insurance to cover cancellation through unforeseen circumstances, loss or damage to baggage and personal belongings, sickness or injury, death and personal liability. We strongly recommend you take up travel insurance.

TOUR PRICE
Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. will always update and ensure all prices quoted in this website are correct but all prices are subject to alteration at the absolute discretion of the Company and in particular , but not limited to , when there are tariff of fare variations or currency exchange fluctuations. It is possible that dates/ timings of tours or itinerary may change or even be cancelled after a booking has been accepted.

You may then:-
a) continue the tour, or
b) accept an alternative tour which Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. may offer, or
c) cancel the booking and Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. will refund all monies in return for surrender of all vouchers.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
Airfares, transportation by air-conditioned coach, sightseeing, meals and hotel accommodation as specified in the itineraries, all local taxes (except airport taxes), tips to hotel porters and service charges for hotels and meals.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES
Cost of passport, visas where required, gratuities to your Tour Manager and coach driver, all airport porterages, local guide, airport taxes where applicable, laundry, telephone calls, food and beverages unless specified in the itinerary, and other item of a personal nature, and/or items specified in the itinerary as optional.

AIR TRAVEL
Air travel on group economy or coach class. The airline nominated by Resorts World tours Sdn. Bhd. and airline's passenger ticket when issued is the sole contract between the airline and the ticket purchaser and/or passenger.

UNUSED SERVICE
No refunds can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilised or where passengers amend, cancel or otherwise vary arrangements after departure.

BAGGAGE
Medium-sized suitcase per person (maximum measurement of 736 X 508 X 245mm). On all flights, 20kg of luggage is allowed. Excess baggage must be paid locally by the passenger, and Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for luggage. However, if luggage is lost and damaged through wilful neglect of Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. the maximum liability per baggage will be RM200.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for adults is based on twin sharing or double bedrooms at the nominated or similar standard hotels. Child fare is based on the child as a third person in a twin room of two adults. If a child occupies a half twin as the second person, there is a surcharge. All such surcharges and single room supplements for adults are listed for each tour. For passengers travelling alone, but wishing to share a room, every effort will be made to assign such accommodation. However, if this is not possible, the passenger will have to pay the single supplement.

MEALS
Meals including on the aircraft are indicated in the brochure.

EXTENSION OF STAY/ DEVIATION
Extension of stay/ deviation will be at the passenger's own expense and transfer to airport will not be provided. When extension of stay/ deviation cannot be confirmed three (3) weeks prior to the group's departure date, the passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to the original tour schedule may be difficult once the extension of stay/ deviation has been confirmed. The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to the specified airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any alteration of the touring or change of date by the passenger is solely at his/ her own risk. The company and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.

POSSIBLE CHANGES
Airline schedules and local conditions may require sightseeing, hotels and routings to be changed. Should this occur, Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. will substitute arrangements of a similar value. Changes in airline fares and other charges and changes in exchange rates may affect the price of particular tours. We recommend that you carefully study the conditions and check whether changes have occured in the tour you want before you book. Minimal surcharges may apply during festive seasons and selected dates without prior notice.

In addition, Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter the tour package (including the itinerary should circumstances so dictate. It may change air carriers to secure fares at special levels, or due departure dates or destinations. If alteration in made before departure so that the tour packages becomes materially different, the traveller will have the right to either cancel the arrangement and accept a full refund (but nothing more) or else accept the alternative arrangements. If an alteration is necessary after departure, then the traveller shall accept the alteration subject to the right to refund where the altered arrangement is cheaper. On occassions where a hotel has overbooked its capacity, it may be necessary to change the hotel to one of similar category.

We also reserve the right to decline, to accept any booking or, after acceptance, to cancel the tour arrangement for any reason (including insufficient number of participants and non-confirmation flights and other arrangements). Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded and shall be under no further liability to the passenger.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. and its associate agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principles and all tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided. They assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property and all bookings are subject to the usual conditions of local ground operators, The right is reserved to alter or modify itineraries and hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the interest of tour members, or due to circumstances over which the operators have no control. The right is also reserved to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or for the clients in such cancellations or withdrawal shall fall upon the operator, save only that there shall be refunded to the clients the monies paid by the clients in respect of the booking so cancelled or withdrawn. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occuring of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier of conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tour and/ or passengers. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respect to those terms and conditions under which means of transportation or other service provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers, managing agents or agents.

Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or
liable (for damages, refunds, or otherwise) for:-

a)	Mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather, acts of God, strike, compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control.
b)	The failure of the client to obtain required documentation (e.g. passport, visas, health certificates)
c)	The failure of the client to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.

Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and Resorts World Tours Sdn. Bhd. shall be under no further liability.
