Day
1: Kuala Lumpur / Beijing (Dinner)
Assemble at LCCT for your
flight to Beijing. Upon arrival meet with local guide
and transfer to Beijing. Dinner will be served at a
local restaurant. After dinner, proceed to enjoy the
Acrobatic Show.
Day 2: Beijing
(Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, visit the famous Tian’an Men Square.
Tian'an Men Square is located at the heart of Beijing
and is the largest urban square in the world. It can
hold about one million people at the same time. It is
surrounded by the Forbidden City in the North, the Great
Hall of the People in the West, and the museum of
Chinese History and Chinese Revolution in the East. In
the center of the square stands the Monument to the
People's Heroes. Continue journey to visit Forbidden
City. The Forbidden City (Zijincheng) is also known as
the Imperial Palace (Gugong) and the Palace Museum. It
is the largest and best-preserved collection of ancient
buildings in China. The complex is divided into two
sections, the Inner Court or the living quarters, and
the working area also known as the Outer Court. Later,
proceed to visit the Temple of Heaven - built in the
15th century and restored in the 18th century. The
temple is 123 feet high, constructed entirely of wood
without the use of any nails, making it one of the
architectural wonders of the world. The Temple buildings
and the parklands reflect ancient Chinese religious
beliefs that imagine heaven as round and earth as
square. Thus, the buildings in the temple are
constructed on a central axis. The temples themselves
are round and the bases square.
Day 3: Beijing
(Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, tour continues to visit JuYongguan –
Great Wall. Great Wall of China is a series of stone and
fortifications, built, rebuilt and maintained between
5th Century and 16th Century to protect the northern
borders of Chinese Empire from Xiongnu attacks during
the rule of successive dynasties. After lunch, proceed
to visit the Wax Museum. Tour will pass by the National
Grand Theatre. After dinner, proceed to Wang Fu Jing
street for shopping and also the Dong Hua Men food
street.
Day 4: Beijing
(Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Continue to Summer Palace, after breakfast, which was originally called 'Qingyi
Garden'. Like most of the gardens of Beijing, it could
not elude the rampages of the Anglo-French allied force
and was destroyed by fire. In 1886,
Empress Dowager Cixi embezzled navy funds to
reconstruct it for her own benefit, changing its name to
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan). She spent most of her later
years there, dealing with state affairs and
entertaining. You will have a chance to take a cruise on
Kunming Lake. Next, tour proceed to the Olympic Stadium
- National Stadium “Bird Nest”, National Aquatics Center
“Water Cube” A place that has a unique outlook and
also known as Distorted Door. Later, a special
arrangement to enjoy the “Golden Mask Dynasty Show”.
After show, tour will proceed to dinner.
Day 5: Beijing (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, tour proceed to Dongbianmen. Later, a
transfer to Qianmen Walking Street for some shopping
time. After lunch, tour will visit to Capital Museum and
also the Xiu Sui Street.
Day 6: Beijing /
Chengde (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, tour to be transfered to Chengde,
en-route to visit 798 Art Centre. Since 2002, this
centre has began to develop as artist studios, design
companies, fashion shops, restaurants, bars and other
gathering place. Next, continue to visit Putuo Zongcheng Temple (Little Potala
Palace) that was built between 1771 and 1776. This place
is world renowned for its marvelous Tibetan Buddhist
architectural art. In 1994 it was nominated as a world
heritage together with the Mountain resort. The temple
itself was designed as a replica of Lhasa’s Potala
Palace in miniature. The temple was originally built for
minority group leaders from all over China to celebrate
the 60th birthday of the Qing Dynasty Emperor Qianlong,
and it came to serve as the locale for religious
ceremonies and as the meeting point for Qing emperor's
to meet minority dignitaries.
Day 7: Chengde / Beijing (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, transfer back to Beijing. Tour then
proceed to visit Qingchuifeng Scenic Spot, Frog Crag.
Then visit to Pule Temple and the Anyuan Temple. Upon
arrival tour will proceed to dinner at a local
restaurant and visit to The Place - a shopping street
located in Beijing with the world’s 2nd largest LED
screen, which forms a glowing canopy over the shopping
center.
Day 8: Beijing / Tianjin / Kuala Lumpur (Breakfast /
Lunch)
After breakfast, tour will transfer to Tianjin before
the flight home.
