5D4N VIENTIANE / DANSAVANH (NAM NGUM LAKE) (LVC)

Day 1 ARRIVAL VIENTIANE (Lunch / Dinner)
Upon arrival at Vientiane the city of the moon – an ancient city, situated on the bend on the left bank of the Mekong River, the largest city and the capital of Laos. Meet our representative and transfer to hotel for check–in. After lunch, take a sightseeing tour of Vientiane and visit religious museums of Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple to have survived from the Siamese war of 1828 and its cloister which contains more than 8000 Buddha statues; Wat Ho Prakeo, the former home-temple of the Emerald Buddha statue or Pra Keo, which contains a collection of Buddha statues, antiques and all artifacts found around Vientiane. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.

Day 2 VIENTIANE / DANSAVANH (NAM NGUM LAKE) (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, proceed to Nam Ngum Lake and take a 1-hour relaxing boat ride and enjoy the panoramic view around the small island. En route, stop to visit Lao typical villages to see the rural life, including a cottage-salt factory at Ban Bor Village. We will also stop at Ban Muangkeo, a well-known village for Lao traditional rice whisky, Laoh-Kha. Lunch will be served on board the boat. After lunch, proceed to Dansavanh Resort. Upon arrival at resort, free at own leisure and you can opt to visit the casino in the resort. Dinner will be served at the resort.

Day 3 DANSAVANH RESORT / VIENTIANE (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast we return to Vientiane. En route, we visit the Ban Thalat Market. Lunch will be served at Vientiane and after lunch we visit the That Luang Stupa, the single most important monument in Laos which was built to cover the original small stupa, containing a piece of the chest bone of Buddha. Also visit Patouxay (Arch de Triumph), built quite recently in commemoration of those who died during the wars in the past and is a major landmark in Vientiane up till today. Proceed to take a boat ride and have lunch on the boat. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant

Day 4 VIENTIANE (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, visit the Buddha Park near the Mekong River Friendbridge, where you can experience Buddhist and Hinduism cultures. After lunch, visit the National museum and the morning market, the biggest shopping center in Vientiane. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.

Day 5 DEPARTURE VIENTIANE (Breakfast)
Bid farewell to Vientiane today. After breakfast, proceed to transfer to airport for departure, bringing along with you sweet memories of an enjoyable holiday.
