Day 1 ARRIVAL HANOI (Dinner)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (Transit
at Saigon), meet our representative and transfer to
hotel for check-in. Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2 HANOI / HALONG (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, take a Hanoi city tour covering Ba Dinh
Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Residence, One Pillar
Pagoda and Temple of Literature (The 1st University of
Vietnam). After lunch, proceed to Halong town. Halong
Bay was awarded by UNESCO as a natural heritage in 1994.
This four-hour drive will show you the diversity of the
North Vietnam villages and rice fields along the
journey. A sumptuous dinner awaits you at a local
restaurant.
Day 3 HALONG / HANOI (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day boat trip in Halong
Bay to view multi-shaped rocks and visit the dramatic
caves, grottos such as Paradise Grotto and Wooden Stakes
Cave. Lunch will be served on board the boat with the
fresh seafood. Return to Hanoi and transfer to airport
for you flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Upon arrival at Tan
Son Nhat airport, meet our representative and transfer
to hotel for check-in. A sumptuous dinner awaits you at
a local restaurant.
Day 4 HO CHI MINH CITY / MY THO / HO CHI MINH CITY
(Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, enjoy a two-hour drive to My Tho which
will expose you to the colourful outskirt life as well
as picturesque rice fields along the journey. Then, get
on a boat trip up Mekong River and stop at the islet
Thoi Son to taste seasonal fruits and enjoy traditional
folk songs. Then, learn about the lifestyle of the
locals and challenge your bargaining power at the
cottage handicraft shops. An adventurous sampan ride in
palm shading creeks will be the next experience of this
riverside region. Enjoy the Mekong Delta specialty –
Deep Fried Elephant ear fish during lunch. Return to Ho
Chi Minh City in the afternoon. Then, visit the China
Town and Thien Hau Temple, a lacquerware factory and a
handicraft centre. After dinner at a local restaurant,
enjoy the Water Puppet Show.
Day 5 HO CHI MINH CITY / CU CHI / HO CHI MINH CITY
(Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, a one-and-a-half hour drive takes you
to Cu Chi where human knowledge is enriched with the
experience of web-like tunnel system of more than 200km
in length, which used to be the shelter for guerrillas
during the war against American troops. Return to Ho Chi
Minh for lunch. After lunch, enjoy a short sightseeing
tour of Ho Chi Minh City - War Museum, The Hundred Years
Red Cathedral (Notre Dame Cathedral), The Old Post
Office and The People’s Committee Hall. Dinner will be
served on Saigon River Cruise with entertainment along
the Saigon River.
Day 6 DEPARTURE HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)
After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight home.
